Choosing a contract option instead of monthly bills comes with benefits such as prioritization, discounts on services like mulching and pressure washing, and year-round maintenance including lawn service in the summer, and winter services such as salting and snow shoveling. At Herron Lawn and Landscape, we have contract options for any budget. Our unique approach to contracts allows clients to pick what fits best for them and not pay for services they don't want or need. We have flexible payment options including yearly, bi-yearly, and monthly installments. All contracts are binding for one year from signing. -Basic: our most basic mow and blow service. Includes weekly mowing, edging, and blowing in the summer and driveway/walkway salting in the winter

-Standard: Includes everything in basic, plus garden bed weeding in the summer, driveway and deck/patio leaf blowing in the fall and winter

-Silver: Includes everything in basic and standard, plus shrub trimming and maintenance as needed, as well as 20% off all other services (mulching, pressure washing, etc)

-Gold: Includes everything in basic, standard, and silver, plus twice-yearly aeration and overseeding included

-Platinum: Our highest end contract package. Includes everything in basic, standard, silver, and gold, plus once-yearly garden bed mulching included, as well as 25% off all other services
